Vaccine Requirements for UT Employees - The University of Tennessee System

UT System employees are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated. Find a provider and make an appointment as soon as possible.

At the Board of Trustees meeting in June 2020, trustees adopted a requirement for flu immunizations for all faculty and staff, except for those employees with medical and/or religious exemptions.

Verify you have received your flu vaccine with the IRISWeb Employee Self-Service portal.

There is also a short Vaccine Verification Form training available on the K@TE website. In order to receive 0.5 hours of credit, you must click through all pieces of the training to receive credit. To access the training, go to kate.tennessee.edu and search “vaccine” in the search bar.
