Three UT Board of Trustees Committees Meet Jan. 17 in Nashville

The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Health Affairs, Trusteeship, and Executive and Compensation committees will meet Friday, Jan. 17, in Nashville.

The Health Affairs Committee will meet at 10 a.m. followed by the Executive and Compensation Committee at 11:30 a.m. The Trusteeship Committee will meet at 1 p.m. All times are Central.

The meetings will be held in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700. One or more committee members may participate in the meetings by telephone.

  

Agenda items for the Health Affairs Committee include:

  • Chancellor's Report
  • Financial review of faculty practice plans in Memphis
  • Designation of UT-Regional One Physicians as a faculty practice plan for the College of Medicine in Memphis and authorization for execution of associated agreements
  • UT-Erlanger update

Agenda items for the Executive and Compensation Committee include:

  • President's report
  • Tentative schedule and agenda for the winter meeting
  • Grant of tenure to two UT Knoxville faculty members under expedited procedures

Agenda items for the Trusteeship Committee include:

  • Preliminary planning for a 2014 workshop
  • AGB national conference on trusteeship
