UT Finance and Administration, Executive and Compensation Committees to Meet May 5 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE –- The Finance and Administration Committee and the Executive and Compensation Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday, May 5, in Nashville.

The Finance and Administration Committee will meet at 10 a.m. CDT, and the Executive and Compensation Committee will follow at 11:30 a.m. CDT. Both meetings will take place at the office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700.

Agenda items for the Finance and Administration Committee include:

  • Proposal to sell the UT President's residence at 940 Cherokee Blvd in Knoxville
  • Overview of the FY 2009-10 budget

Agenda items for the Executive and Compensation Committee include:

  • Updates from the Committee on Effectiveness and Efficiency for the Future and the Foundations Study Committee
  • Proposal to sell the UT President's residence
  • Planning for the annual meeting of the board in June
