UT Audit Committee to Meet May 7 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE -- The Audit Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Thursday, May 7, in Nashville.

The committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. CDT in the State Audit Office on the 15th floor of the James K. Polk Building.

Agenda items include:

  • Review of the State Audit Report
  • Review of financial statement audits of all UT athletics departments, the UT Research Foundation and the UT Medical Group
  • Discussion of a consultant's report of the UT Medical Group, the University's institutional compliance program, the annual report by UT Internal Audit
  • Review of exceptions to travel expenditures, president's and chancellors' discretionary expenses and the housing exception report
