UT Trusteeship Committee to Meet May 14 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE -- The Trusteeship Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Thursday, May 14, in Nashville.

The committee will meet at noon CDT in the office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700.

Agenda items include:

  • Vice chair's executive summary of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB) national conference on trusteeship
  • Proposed bylaw amendment concerning frequency of board meetings
  • Discussion of online board tools
  • Review of qualifications and core competencies for trustees
