UT Presidential Search Committee to Meet June 24 in Knoxville

The University of Tennessee Presidential Search Committee will hold its first meeting on Thursday, June 24, in Knoxville.

The meeting will be held following the UT Board of Trustees meeting that begins at 1:15 p.m. EDT in Room 160 in the Plant Biotech Building.

Agenda items include:

  • Appointing a Search Advisory Council chaired by a trustee and composed of faculty, staff, students, alumni and representatives of external constituencies
  • Reviewing a draft advertisement for the position
  • Approving a revised presidential search timeline
