UT Foundation Board of Directors to Meet June 24 in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE -- The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc., will meet at 10 a.m. Friday, June 24, in Knoxville.

The meeting will be held in the Brinkley Conference Room in the James A. Haslam II Business Building.

Agenda items include:

  • UT President's report
  • Foundation President's report
  • Reports from the executive, real estate, communications, finance and audit and directorship committees

The meeting will conclude with a signing ceremony of the Affiliation and Services Agreement that will enable the development and alumni affairs operations of the University to transition into the UT Foundation in an effort to increase private gift support by $100 million annually by 2020.

The foundation's mission is to enrich the lives of the students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University of Tennessee through alumni engagement, financial stewardship, and private gift support. A nonprofit corporation, the foundation helps meet the needs of the University by augmenting state and institutional funds.
