UT Executive and Compensation and Health Affairs Committees to Meet Oct. 2 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE -- The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees’ Executive and Compensation Committee and Health Affairs Committee will meet Tuesday, Oct. 2, in Nashville.

The Executive and Compensation Committee meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT, and the Health Affairs Committee will follow at 11:30 a.m. CDT. Both meetings will be held in the County Technical Assistance Service Conference Room, Fourth Floor, 226 Capitol Boulevard, Nashville.

Executive and Compensation Committee agenda items include:

  • President’s remarks
  • Follow-up on summer workshop
  • Tentative agenda for the fall meeting of the Board of Trustees
  • Performance and retention plan
  • Grant of tenure for faculty at UT Knoxville and UT Health Science Center under expedited procedures
  • Acquisition of real property on Sutherland Avenue in Knoxville
  • Acquisition of real property on North Pauline Street in Memphis

Health Affairs Committee agenda items include:

  • Financial review of existing faculty practice plans in Memphis
  • Update on UT Erlanger Medical Group
  • Update on UT-MED practice plan
  • Update on UTHSC St. Thomas Clinical Campus in Nashville
  • Update on Phase II of UT Methodist Physicians
