UT Foundation Board of Directors to Meet Oct. 18 in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE -- The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee Foundation will meet Thursday, Oct. 18, in Knoxville.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. EDT in room 413C of the UT Conference Center, 600 Henley St.

Agenda items include:

  • Recognition of the Board of Directors award winners
  • UT System President’s report
  • Ad Hoc committee update
  • Committee reports
  • Standing committee appointment
  • UTHSC Foundation directors
  • Election of the treasurer, assistant treasurer and assistant secretary
  • Amended real estate acceptance policy
  • UTFI Real Estate LLC
  • Changes to policy manual

The foundation's mission is to enrich the lives of the students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University of Tennessee through alumni engagement, financial stewardship and private gift support. A nonprofit corporation, the foundation helps meet the needs of the University by augmenting state and institutional funds.
