KNOXVILLE -- The University of Tennessee Presidential Search Committee will hold the second and final round of interviews for candidates on Wednesday, Oct. 20, in Knoxville.
Each candidate will meet with the search committee and the UT Board of Trustees in Room 156-157 of the Plant Biotech Building on the UT Agriculture Campus.
Here is the schedule for the interviews (All times Eastern):
Following the final interview on Oct. 20, the search committee will meet at approximately 5:15 p.m. in the same room to select the nominee or nominees to recommend to the Board of Trustees, which will elect the next president at its meeting on Oct. 22.
Media are encouraged to arrive a few minutes prior to the start of each session to set up equipment and secure a seat so the candidates are not interrupted during their interviews.
The first round of interviews and visits for the candidates were Oct. 12-13. Each candidate's open forum was webcast. The archived webcasts can be viewed by going to a link at http://www.tennessee.edu/.
Anyone with a disability who wishes to attend these meetings may contact one of the individuals listed below to request auxiliary aids or services needed to facilitate attendance.
