UT Audit Committee to Meet Nov. 4 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE -- The Audit Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Nov. 4 in Nashville.

The committee will meet at 1 p.m. CDT in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.

Agenda items include:

• Review and approval of the Audit Committee and internal audit charters
• Revisions to the 2010 Audit Plan
• Update on the institutional compliance program
• Report on a review of the capital projects process
• Update on the university's financial risk assessment
