Reporting State Lobbying Contacts

With regard to state requirements, the law includes a strict prohibition on public higher education employees advancing “any legislative proposal or request for state funding” outside established processes without the knowledge of a campus chancellor or president, and the president of the UT System or chancellor of the Tennessee Board of Regents.
