UTIA-UTK REunification Report

Over the past few months, the UTIA-UTK Land-grant Reunification Team traveled the state to engage stakeholders in identifying opportunities for stronger collaborations to fully leverage the university’s statewide presence. The team hosted 39 listening sessions with participants including:

  • UTIA and UTK faculty, staff and students
  • UTIA retirees
  • producers
  • agribusiness representatives
  • commodity group leaders and members
  • Master Gardeners
  • alumni
  • donors
  • 4-H volunteers
  • local business owners
  • elected officials
  • community members

The team distributed a survey to more than 5,000 individuals. This report summarizes their findings.
