UT campus undergraduate applications:

April 15, 2024 – Attend your mandatory mentor meeting hosted by tnAchieves

Failure to do this will result in not receiving the UT Promise. Do not wait to do this as submitting your initial documents may lead to the financial aid office requesting other documents. If your financial aid file is not fully complete, you will not be eligible.

Fall 2024 – Enroll as a full-time student at your UT campus of choice

After you enroll at a UT campus in Fall 2023, you will be paired with a UT Promise mentor. You must meet with your mentor three (3) times a semester, each semester, in order to maintain your eligibility. You will receive communications about your mentor for Fall 2024. In addition, you must complete and submit eight (8) hours of community service every semester prior to each semester to maintain your UT Promise scholarship. To stay informed, check your email for updates from tnAchieves and UT.

* For students enrolling in Fall 2024 but graduating prior to the 2023-2024 academic year (i.e. took a gap year, etc.), you should follow the application process and deadlines for other students.
