State Relations

The University of Tennessee’s state relations office is located just one block away from the state capitol in Nashville. The staff serves as the primary liaison with the Tennessee General Assembly, the Office of the Governor and state executive agencies. The staff provides immediate support to the UT President and his staff in legislative, public policy and political analysis, as well as helping identify new opportunities for partnering with state government.
