UT Knoxville Guaranteed Admission
- Achieve a calculated UT Core GPA of 4.0 or higher or finish in the top 10% of their high school class; and
- Have an ACT Composite Score of 24 or higher (or equivalent SAT score) with both a 19+ Math ACT sub score and 19+ English ACT sub score
- All applicants, regardless of GPA, must submit ACT or SAT test scores.
- GPA and class rank will be determined based on applicants’ sixth semester transcript, following the completion of their junior year.

Located in rural Northwest Tennessee, UT Martin is showing its 7,500 students that the “Sky’s the Limit” through its main campus, regional centers and online programs.
UT Martin is a primary regional campus in the UT System offering bachelor’s degrees, majors, concentrations and options in more than 150 specialized fields as well as eight graduate degrees. In addition to the main campus, the university has six regional centers in Jackson, Parsons, Selmer, Ripley, Somerville and Springfield. UT Martin Online offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees, including the online bachelor of interdisciplinary studies degree for working adults.
Focused on providing access to higher education, UT Martin has more off-campus centers than any public four-year university in the state and is the UT System’s largest provider of online education. In addition, UT Martin has created partnerships with other UT campuses to provide roadmaps to professional degree programs, such as law and veterinary medicine at UT Knoxville and pharmacy at the UT Health Science Center in Memphis.

UT Health Science Center
Located in southwest Tennessee and little more than a mile from Memphis’ famous Beale Street, the UT Health Science Center educates and trains a majority of the state’s health care providers, as it pursues its vision: Healthy Tennesseans. Thriving Communities.
More than 3,100 students are enrolled at UT Health Science Center, which includes six colleges—Dentistry, Graduate Health Sciences, Health Professions, Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy. Beyond its main campus in Memphis, UT Health Science Center has campuses in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville in partnership with major hospitals in those cities. Additionally, UT Health Science Center has College of Pharmacy campuses in Nashville and Knoxville; the Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology in Knoxville; dentistry clinics in Bristol, Jackson, Union City, Crossville, and Kingsport with more in development, and almost 900 educational and clinical training sites across the state.
UT Health Science Center boasts a 91.8 percent first-time board pass rate and is dedicated to supporting students’ physical and emotional health and wellbeing. The clinical partnerships with partner teaching hospitals across the state offer students, residents, and fellows the opportunity to see and learn from the best and assist in providing care from one end of the state to the other. Also a primary focus are the UT Health Science Center’s basic science and translational research efforts.
