Proposed Rule
A Notice of Rulemaking Hearing was filed with the Tennessee Secretary of State on Sept. 25, 2025. The hearing pertains to proposed amendments to the Student Code of Conduct at UT Martin (Chapter 1720-05-01). A copy of the proposed rule, along with a redline version denoting the amendments to the existing rule, is attached to the Notice of Hearing Filing.
Submit Public Comments
Oral and written comments on the proposed rulemaking will be received at the public hearing. The Board’s Standing Rule Governing Requests to Address the Board describes the procedures, terms, and conditions for speaking at the public hearing.
