Trademark Licensing at UT Chattanooga

Through a partnership with the Collegiate Licensing Company, the Trademark Licensing Office monitors commercial and internal use of the indicia (marks, names, logos) of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Individuals, groups and organizations, both on and off campus, seeking to use UT Chattanooga indicia must have prior approval from this office.

Please note that the Office of Trademark Licensing attempts to keep an updated retailer database but cannot guarantee availability of UT Chattanooga product at each store location. Please call your local chain store for accurate availability.
