PUBLIC NOTICE: UT Board of Trustees Executive Committee to Meet

KNOXVILLE – The Executive Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet at 9 a.m. EDT/8 a.m. CDT on Friday, Sept. 19, with members participating virtually.

Agenda items include, but are not limited to:

  • President’s report
  • Proposed voluntary retirement incentive program, UT Health Science Center
  • Proposed real property acquisition, UT Knoxville
  • Proposed facility namings, UT Knoxville

The meeting will be webcast live and archived for later viewing. A link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu. The live webcast will also be available for public viewing in Room P20, located on the plaza level of the UT Tower (400 W. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902). Visitors to the UT Tower must have a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, a passport or other accepted form of identification that meets the requirements for access to federal property.

Anyone with a disability or otherwise needing assistance to attend the virtual meeting may contact the individuals listed below to request auxiliary aids or services needed to facilitate attendance. Contact may be made in writing, by email or by telephone and should be received no later than 5 p.m. EDT, Tuesday, Sept. 16.
