What Members Say
We have an opportunity to transform educator preparation through competency-based programs of study—flexible, sustainable, and grounded in authentic measures of student learning. This is how we ensure every future educator is classroom ready from day one.
I am impressed by how clearly these approaches aligned learning with authentic, real-world expectations. Our future teachers are not completing assignments—they are demonstrating professional Readiness.
This type of program is imperative if we want to continue to attract competent and qualified individuals to the workforce in education. So much talent exists in our teacher assistants and support staff already in schools, and this rewards them for relevant experience.
