Operational Excellence is all about systems, tools, and getting things done. Sessions in this track might include budgeting, planning, scheduling, or hands-on activities that enhance efficiency and workflow.
Digital Dexterity explores evolving tech and how admins can stay ahead. From AI tools like ChatGPT to mastering Microsoft apps or managing digital tasks, this track will help participants work smarter with modern tools.
The Everyday Leadership track focuses on practical, approachable leadership development. Sessions may explore how to lead without formal authority, navigate change, take initiative, or influence others as a trusted contributor on any team.
Professional Presence supports communication, confidence, and visibility. Sessions in this track might focus on time management, personal brand, generational collaboration, or effective written and verbal communication.
