On Friday, Feb. 13, starting at 9 a.m. EST/ 8 a.m. CST, the Audit and Compliance Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will convene in a nonpublic, executive session as permitted pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated §4-35-108.
