The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will hold its winter meetings Feb. 26–27 in the Mooney Library located on the University of Tennessee Health Science Center campus (Mooney Building, 875 Monroe Avenue, Memphis, TN 38163).
Meetings are scheduled as follows:
- Thursday, Feb. 26
- 12:30 p.m. CST – Education, Research and Service Committee (public session)
- 1:45 p.m. CST – Finance and Administration Committee (public session)
- 3:30 p.m. CST – Audit and Compliance Committee (public session)*
(*) An executive, nonpublic session of the Audit and Compliance Committee will immediately follow the conclusion of the public session.
- Friday, Feb. 27
- 8:30 a.m. CST – Winter Meeting of the Board of Trustees
All meeting times are approximate. If a meeting ends earlier or later than expected, the next meeting may begin following a short break. All public meetings will be webcast live and archived for later viewing; a link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu.

- UT System strategic plan
- UT Chattanooga strategic plan
- Fiscal year 2026-27 tuition levels, UT Health Science Center
- Revised fiscal year 2025-26 operating budget
- Fiscal year 2026-27 state budget amendment request
- Revised Student Code of Conduct, UT Martin

Requests to address the board concerning items on the meeting agenda or other issues germane to the responsibilities of the board may be submitted using the registration form available at https://tennessee.edu/about/leadership/board-of-trustees/engage/request-to-appear/. Requests will be accepted until 5 p.m. EST on Monday, Feb. 23. The board’s Standing Rule Governing Requests to Address the Board (also available at the above link) describes the procedures, terms and conditions that govern requests to address the board. The Board of Trustees will notify registrants whether they will be scheduled to speak at the meeting and, if so, the specific time and place of their presentations.
Anyone with a disability or otherwise needing assistance to attend this meeting may contact the individuals listed below to request auxiliary aids or services needed to facilitate attendance. Contact may be made in person, by writing, by email, by telephone or otherwise and should be received no later than 5 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Feb. 25.
