CHATTANOOGA – Significant growth and increased opportunity were among the central themes throughout the UT Board of Trustees winter meetings held on the UT Chattanooga campus Feb. 23-24.
Keith Carver, chancellor at the University of Tennessee at Martin, will serve as the new leader of the UT Institute of Agriculture (UTIA). Pending board approval, Carver will begin March 1.
MARTIN – While student enrollment across the nation is experiencing historic declines, the University of Tennessee System is enjoying significant gains on its campuses, according to a report given at the fall meeting of the UT Board of Trustees.
MARTIN – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees approved a request from UT Martin to name its new engineering building the Latimer-Smith Engineering and Science Building.
